Shipping policy

Production & Processing Realities

Because every Verrité piece is custom made to order and entirely unique, our fulfillment process differs from standard retail. Stated lead times on product pages refer strictly to the time required for our independent artisans to craft your piece. Once your commission has cleared our final studio inspection and quality control, it will be securely packed for transit.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We partner with premium standard carriers, primarily utilizing UPS Ground services to ensure safe, stable transport for our fragile glass works.

Shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the specific dimensions, weight, and delivery destination of the piece you are commissioning. Available delivery methods and real-time carrier options will be displayed during the checkout process before you finalize your order.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. A physical residential or commercial address is required at checkout to ensure secure delivery. At this time, we do not offer local studio pickup.

Transit Insurance & Damaged Delivery

We design and construct custom packaging engineered specifically to protect fine art glass. To fully protect your investment, Verrité automatically provides comprehensive transit insurance for every shipment. This premium coverage protects your piece against loss, theft, or damage while in transit.

In the rare event that your package arrives with visible external damage:

  • Please take clear photographs of the exterior box before opening it.

  • Carefully inspect the contents immediately upon unboxing.

  • If the artwork itself is damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@verrite.co with your order number and the accompanying photographs so we can swiftly process an insurance claim and arrange for a studio replacement or repair.

Signature Requirements

Due to the high-value and limited-edition nature of our sculptural objects, shipments may require a direct signature upon delivery at our discretion or the discretion of our transit insurer. If your specific shipment requires a signature, tracking information sent via email will explicitly state this requirement so you can coordinate with the carrier to receive your piece.

Tracking & Delivery

As soon as your piece dispatches from the studio, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email complete with a carrier tracking number. Verrité is not responsible for transit delays caused by carrier disruptions, severe weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
