01. Vision
Each design begins as a simple sketch.
Because we believe in intentional design, we do not mass-produce or warehouse our work. Every object at Verrité is made to order and crafted by hand. Lead times vary based on the specific casting, fabrication, and material requirements of each piece, as well as our studio’s current production schedule.
We provide an estimated production timeline directly on each piece's listing page and within your order confirmation. If you are working under a strict deadline for an interior project, please reach out to us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your timeline.
We believe in material truth. Many of our pieces utilize a living finish, meaning the metal is intentionally left raw and uncoated. It will naturally oxidize, warm, and patina over time based on the specific humidity, air currents, and sunlight in your space. This evolution is the physical memory of your room etching itself into the piece.
Given the delicate and heavy nature of sculptural glass art objects, we take packaging incredibly seriously. Every piece is wrapped securely and boxed using internal padding designed to withstand transit vibrations. All orders are shipped via insured UPS Ground.
We currently ship strictly within the United States.
While we package every object with extreme care to ensure proper transit, accidental damage can occasionally happen en route. Please inspect your delivery immediately upon arrival. In the rare event that a piece arrives broken or damaged, please contact our studio within 48 hours of delivery at hello@verrite.co. Include your order number along with clear photographs of both the damaged item and the shipping box. We will review the details immediately and prioritize crafting a replacement for you.
Because every single piece is made to order specifically for you, we are unable to offer refunds for a change of heart, and returns are generally not accepted once production has begun. If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placement. Once an item enters production in the studio, the sale is final.
Specifications vary by piece to best suit the design of the work. Some of our fixtures are engineered as plug-in units with tailored drapes and swag setups, while others are designed to be hardwired directly into a standard ceiling or wall junction box. Please review the detailed specifications on the individual piece listing page for your specific fixture.
All Verrité lighting fixtures are engineered and wired strictly for US standard voltages (110V–120V).
Yes. We include the initial required light bulb in the box with your fixture so you can illuminate your piece right away. Replacement bulb specifications can be found in the included care guide.
Our studio fixtures are not currently UL listed. Every piece is hand-assembled and thoroughly bench-tested for safety and functionality in our workshop before it is packaged, but they do not carry formal UL certification at this time.
We do not operate a formal trade program at this time. However, if you are an interior designer, architect, or hospitality professional looking to inquire about purchasing multiples of a specific piece for a project, we would love to connect. Please reach out to our team at hello@verrite.co with your project details and quantities requested.
