Made to Order & Return Eligibility
Because every Verrité piece is custom made to order and entirely unique, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. All sales are final once production begins. This policy allows us to focus entirely on the dedicated craftsmanship of each individual commission and ensures the sustainability of our limited-run editions.
Damages & Defects
We take immense pride in the structural integrity and quality of our work, but we understand that fragile objects require careful transit.
If your piece arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us at hello@verrite.co within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue swiftly, please include:

Clear photographs of the defect or the damaged item

Photographs of the original shipping box and packaging materials
If an item is verified as defective or damaged in transit, we will arrange for a repair, a replacement of the damaged component, or a studio credit at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
Because materials are sourced and allocated immediately upon purchase, requests to cancel or modify an order must be made within 24 hours of purchase. Once this window has passed and production has been initiated, the order cannot be canceled.
